The car dealer may use this information to contact you directly about your requested quote, as well as to send you marketing communications about other cars or other products and services that it offers. Please note that these car dealers are independent third parties and that we are not responsible for their privacy practices, including how they use or share information.
  • To our third-party lending exchange partner if you submit a request for a car loan through the Service. We do not make loans but we partner with a third-party lending exchange that provides lending options directly to our users. If you submit a request through a Service to apply for a loan, we provide this lending exchange with personal information such as your name, email address, telephone number, and Application Data. Please note that the lending exchange is a third party and we are not responsible for its privacy, information, or other practices. The lending exchange may use this information to contact you directly about your request, as well as to send you marketing communications about other related products and services that it offers. Please note that this lending exchange is an independent third party and that we are not responsible for its privacy practices, including how it uses and shares information.
  • To other third parties, to permit them to send you marketing communications, unless you have opted out from such sharing in accordance with the Choices and Access section below.
  • To third-party sponsors of sweepstakes, contests and similar promotions.
